This step in the Motto certification process will take the form of training on the Motto Individual Assessment.
This information pack includes detailed information on the product and it’s uses, an explanation of each construct as measured by specific questions indicated below each construct explanation, the credibility and validity of the product, information on the reports, as well as a breakdown of the survey process.
Annexures will include an example of an individual assessment report, a remeasurement report for the same individual (annexures A and B), as well as questions for the feedback reflection reports that both you and your client will answer to evaluate the process and to identify areas for improvement (annexures C and D). These are in separate documents that you will have received along with this information pack.
The first section of this information pack will be a reiteration of the seven steps as relevant to the Individual Assessment.
