They all indicated that the test is a reliable measuring instrument. The measuring instrument is deemed reliable when the construct value is higher than 0.5 (Anastasi, 1988:817). The Motto Individual Assessment™ mindset measurement tool has been validated and found to be reliable as indicated in the table below:
