The individual Assessment report is an eleven page report which specifies the results of the survey through defining the constructs and giving relevant examples based on results.
A report that explains the individual results, as well as possible improvement strategies will be emailed directly to the participants shortly after completion, or directly before the feedback session. It is strongly advised that the participant discusses the results with an Accredited Facilitator.
The report provides a summary of the constructs through a brief explanation, in addition to providing the individual with a graph. The graph can be used to evaluate a snapshot of where emphasis should be placed during the feedback. Figures 1 & 2 show examples of the two summaries.
