Welcome to the Individual Assessment Certification Course

This is the online information pack for certification in the Motto Self-Perception Tool™.

This information pack includes detailed information on the product and its uses, an explanation of each construct as measured by specific questions indicated below each construct explanation, the credibility and validity of the product, information on the reports, as well as a breakdown of the survey process.

Online annexures will include an example of a Self-Perception report, a remeasurement report for the same individual (annexures A and B), as well as learning reflection forms with questions that both you and your client will answer to evaluate the process and to identify areas for improvement (annexures C and D). You will automatically be given access to these as you move through the certification process.

The first section of this information pack will be an explanation of the certification process steps as relevant to the Self-Perception Tool™.
