You will unpack the report with your client in a feedback coaching session, after which you and the client will both answer questions as indicated on the learning reflection forms (annexures C and D). You will be able to access your form from the online platform, and as in the case of the survey link, a link to the client’s feedback form will be emailed to them when you enter their details. The client will have the opportunity to give constructive feedback on their experience of the measurement process and your unpacking style, that will help you learn how to optimally market the product and enhance the quality of your delivery. You will have the opportunity to reflect on the feedback session in terms of what worked well and what can be improved, as well as the opportunity to give feedback on the support you received. After the forms have both been submitted, you will be able to move on to the final step.
