Once you have moved on to step 5, your facilitator will be notified and you will be able to book your final evaluation session. The Motto facilitator will evaluate the feedback from both yourself and the client. During this final session, your facilitator will discuss your experience with you. This will be an opportunity for you to identify development areas and learning opportunities. Your facilitator will also explain the business case, how to benefit from the certification, the value-add, and the solutions that can be created from what was learned from the results.
