Individuals Participants

The Self-Perception™ report provides a summary of the constructs through a brief explanation, in addition to providing the individual with a graph. The graph can be used to evaluate a snapshot of where emphasis should be placed during the feedback. Figures 1 & 2 show examples of the two summaries.

The report will be available for you to download shortly after completion. You can send the participant their report after (or directly before) their feedback session. It is strongly advised that the participant discusses the results with an Accredited Facilitator, rather than working through the report on their own before the feedback session.

Please refer to Annexures A and B for examples of mock reports. Annexure B refers to the results after remeasurement. They indicate progress as well as giving guidance on which areas require further attention. You can download these below. The report is issued to each person who has successfully completed the assessment. Additionally, teams can also be issued with a report.
