The team report is similar to the individual report. However, it graphically presents each individual’s standing on a particular item within a construct.
For instance, figure 3 below depicts an example of a construct of what a team results report could look like. This way the report gives an accurate snapshot of all individuals in the team whilst still maintaining individual confidentiality and anonymity.
From a team perspective, this is a useful tool since all team members are now aware of their own blind spots. Additionally, becoming aware of each other’s strengths and weaknesses will improve understanding, team cohesion and communication.
